8/5/26 Public Service Commission Pre-Hearing for Duke Energy Florida

This is a prehearing to take up a petition filed by Duke Energy requesting approval of a large load tariff. The purpose of the prehearing is to simplify the issues and identify positions of the parties prior to a hearing scheduled for August 25th.
