8/31/21 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: Jesse Bell v. State of Florida SC20-472

Mosley was convicted of the first-degree murders of Linda Wilkes and Jay-Quan Mosley.  The trial court sentenced Mosley to lifeBell pleaded no contest to the first-degree murder of his fellow inmate, Donald H. Eastwood, Jr., whom Bell stabbed and choked to death in 2019.  The trial court sentenced Bell to death. This is Bell’s direct appeal.
