8/25/25 Capitol Update Extended – FDACS Increases Immigration Enforcement Efforts

Attorney General James Uthmeier and Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson announced that Florida’s Department of Agriculture would be increasing efforts to prevent undocumented immigrants from driving commercial vehicles.
