8/21/25 Press Conference on New Florida Division of Emergency Management Office

On August 21st, Executive Director of the Florida Division of Emergency Management Kevin Guthrie held a press conference in Auburndale to announce the grand opening of Florida’s Central Operations & Coordination Office. Guthrie was joined by State Representatives Jennifer Kincart Jonnson and Jon Albert, Florida Department of Health Deputy Secretary Dr. Ken Shepke, as well as various members of the Emergency Management community.
