8/21/24 Capitol Update Extended: Governor and State Emergency Officials Tell Floridians to Prepare for Peak Hurricane Season

As we enter what has traditionally been the busiest part of hurricane season, state officials are warning Floridians to be prepared. They’re encouraging people to take advantage of a sales tax holiday on disaster supplies between August 24th and September 6th.
