8/20/25 Capitol Update Extended – FSU Remembers President John Thrasher

Florida State University remembered the life and legacy of President John Thrasher, who led the university for seven years and saw it climb over 24 spots in the public university rankings. Thrasher was also a former state legislator, serving in both the Florida Senate and House, and eventually rose to become the House Speaker.
