8/18/25 Capitol Update Extended – Governor DeSantis Signs Death Warrant for David Pittman

On August 15, Governor DeSantis signed a death warrant for David Pittman. Pittman was convicted in the 1990 murder of his wife’s parents and sister. His execution is scheduled for September 17.
