7/29/26 Second Judicial Circuit Court Hearing on Amendment 3

In this hearing, Judge David Frank will hear arguments in three separate legal challenges targeting the ballot language of Florida’s proposed Amendment 3 on property taxes. The three lawsuits have been consolidated into one hearing. The three cases are Save Our Voters from Misleading Ballot Language, Inc., Thomas F. Campenni, Michael W. Davey (Case No. 2026-CA-001254), Philip Stoddard (Case No. 2026-CA-001381), Jeffrey P. Brandes, and Al Lawson, Jr. (Case No. 2026-CA-001405) v. Florida Department of State & Attorney General.
