7/25/19 Second Judicial Circuit Court Hearing: Miami-Dade County Expressway Authority v. Governor DeSantis, et al

This case challenges a law that eliminates the Miami-Dade County Expressway Authority and replaces it with a new entity known as the Greater Miami Expressway Agency. The Authority filed the lawsuit in May, shortly after the Legislature passed HB 385. Governor DeSantis signed the bill into law on July 3rd.
