7/24/25 Capitol Update Extended – Panel Ranks Farmland for Conservation

A Department of Agriculture committee has ranked a list of properties that could be conserved under a program that protects agricultural land from development. The department received more than 400 applications for the Rural and Family Lands Protection Program.
