7/2/25 Capitol Update Extended – FAMU Receives Over $65 Million in Legislative Appropriations

Florida A&M University received $65 million in legislative budget requests following the passage of the new state budget. The money will go towards improving security infrastructure around campus, investing in faculty retention, and building a new facility within the College of Engineering.
