7/10/23 Financial Impact Estimating Conference: Adult Personal Use of Marijuana Formal Conference Part 2

The Financial Impact Estimating Conference is holding workshops and a conference on the petition initiative entitled “Adult Personal Use of Marijuana (22-05)”. The FIEC is now in the process of preparing a financial impact statement to be placed on the ballot that shows the estimated increase or decrease in any revenues or costs to state and local governments resulting from the proposed initiative. The FIEC will also be considering the overall impact to the state budget.
