6/8/26 Florida Public Service Commission Hearing for CSWR-Florida Utility Operating Company

The purpose of this evidentiary hearing is to consider CSWR-Florida Utility Operating Company’s petition to adjust its water and wastewater rates in Brevard, Citrus, Duval, Highlands, Marion, and Volusia counties.

CSWR provides water and wastewater service to approximately 144,303 water customers and 87,571 wastewater customers across 11 systems in those counties. CSWR filed its application for a rate increase with the Public Service Commission in May 2025. As part of the rate review process, the Commission held four customer service hearings to receive feedback from customers on the utility’s quality of service and the proposed rate adjustment.
