6/6/24 Capitol Update Extended – The ACC Moves to put FSU’s Lawsuit on Hold

The Atlantic Coast Conference is asking a Florida appeals court to put a hold on Florida State University’s lawsuit against the conference.  FSU wants to leave the ACC without paying fines or losing the TV rights to its games. The ACC says it filed its lawsuit first, so its case should take priority.
