The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed rule concerning Florida Housing’s 2025 Qualified Allocation Plan (“QAP”). The QAP sets forth the method of distribution of housing credits in exchange for the new construction and substantial rehabilitation of Housing Credit Properties.
