5/7/26 Signing of SB 484 – Data Centers

On May 7th, Governor Ron DeSantis signed SB 484 – Data Centers at the Barnett Applied Research Center (BARC) at Florida Polytechnic University in Lakeland. He was joined by Department of Commerce Secretary Alex Kelly.
