5/6/26 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: Angel Santiago-Gonzalez v. State of Florida SC2025-0450 & Angel Santiago-Gonzalez v. Secretary, Department of Corrections SC2025-1282

Santiago-Gonzalez raises nine issues in this appeal from an order denying his postconviction motion attacking the conviction and death sentence imposed for a 2014 murder.  He also raises two ineffective assistance of counsel claims in his accompanying petition for writ of habeas corpus.
