5/5/25 Capitol Update Extended – Lawmakers Pass ‘Lucy’s Law’ to Crack Down on Reckless Boating

The Legislature has officially passed Lucy’s Law, or HB 289. The law will increase penalties for reckless boating and add educational requirements for new Florida residents.
