5/21/25 Capitol Update Extended – FWC Votes to Approve Bear Hunting

The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission voted to hold a 23-day bear hunt in December. Archery, baiting and the use of dogs would be allowed. The rule will be published, then commissioners will take a final vote in August.
