5/13/26 Capitol Update Extended: State Offering Assistance to Displaced Spirit Employees

When Spirit Airlines ceased operations on May 2, thousands of Floridians found themselves out of work. Now, state officials are holding a series of meetings to assist with state benefits and resources to help them find and train for new jobs.
