4/6/26 It’s a Law: Governor DeSantis Signs “Domestic Terrorist Organization” Bill

Under House Bill 1471, the Governor and Cabinet would determine which state groups are labeled as a “domestic terrorist organization.” The bill would also require college students promoting those organizations to be expelled.
