4/6/22 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: In Re: Amendments to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.442 SC21-277

The Court is considering, on its own motion, proposed amendments to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.442, Proposals for Settlement. The proposed amendments would explain how to interpret the rule, would more closely reflect Florida statutes and case law, and would set out the procedure for making joint proposals. The Court received three comments.
