4/28/26 Capitol Update Extended – Senate Passes “AI Bill of Rights” During Special Session

While the House opted not to take up any of the Governor’s priority bills, the Senate passed a bill that would create guardrails around artificial intelligence chatbots in Florida. The Senate rejected a bill that would have allowed parents to opt-out of vaccinating their children.
