4/21/26 Capitol Update Extended: Rule Would Ban Undocumented Students from Adult Education Courses

Adults taking classes to obtain their high school diplomas or GEDs through Florida’s Adult Education Program would be required to be U.S. citizens or lawful residents under a new proposed state rule.
