4/20/26 Capitol Update Extended – Legislators Question Delay in Kids’ Health Insurance Expansion  

At a meeting of the Joint Legislative Budget Commission, a request by the Agency for Health Care Administration raised concerns about why a law passed years ago that would expand eligibility for a kids’ health insurance program had not yet been implemented.
