4/16/26 Capitol Update Extended – Governor DeSantis Delays Special Session on Redistricting

In a letter to lawmakers, the governor’s office said they would be expanding the scope of the special session to include consideration of two bills that died during regular session. The special session is scheduled to end May 1.
