Joey’s Pizza argued that UniFirst did not comply with certain notice requirements during the arbitration process and asked the trial court to vacate the award. The trial court vacated the award and ruled that UniFirst “may re-institute arbitration.” UniFirst appealed the decision, and the Second District Court of Appeal dismissed the case.
