3/4/21 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: Christian Cruz v. State of Florida SC20-60

Cruz was convicted of the first-degree murder of Christopher Jemery, who was shot to death in 2013. The jury voted unanimously to recommend a death sentence, and the trial court sentenced Cruz to death. This is his direct appeal.
