3/10/26 Capitol Update Extended: Senate Approves Bill Establishing New Requirements for Medicaid Beneficiaries

The Senate passed SB 1758 which would require able-bodied people on Medicaid to work part-time in order to retain their coverage. The bill would also require Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP cards to display photos of the recipients.
