2/7/24 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments:  The Florida Bar v. Miguel Fernando Mirabal SC 2021-1469

In this case, the Court reviews a 2021 Florida Bar disciplinary case against Mr. Mirabal. He challenges the findings and proposed discipline of the referee in the case stemming from a 2018 judicial election. The referee recommends disbarment from the practice of law.
