2/4/26 Capitol Update Extended: Bill Preserves Abandoned Black Cemeteries on Private Land

The House Natural Resources and Disasters committee moved a bill aimed at preserving abandoned and unmarked black cemeteries on private property. They also passed bills limiting waste incinerators and septic tank contents.
