2/25/25 Capitol Update Extended – Biocides Tested in Venice Kill 70% of Algae

Florida’s Harmful Algal Bloom Task Force learned about chemicals used to kill 70 percent of the algae in a test area. The Mote Marine Laboratory did the testing and says the chemicals are natural biocides.
