2/2/26 Capitol Update Extended – Department of State: Ballot Initiatives Fail to Meet Requirements

None of the 22 amendments to the State Constitution proposed by citizen initiative meet the requirements to appear on the ballot this year. Some say that’s due to a new law passed last year, others say it’s because of fraudulent signatures.
