2/19/25 Governor’s Press Conference on Illegal Immigration

On February 19th, Governor Ron DeSantis held a press conference from the Florida Capitol in Tallahassee. He was joined by Larry Keefe, Executive Director of the State Board of Immigration Enforcement, Roger Young, Executive Director of Florida Fish and Wildlife, and Mark Thieme, Executive Director of the Florida State Guard. The Governor also signed memorandums of understanding to assist with operations from immigration and customs enforcement.
