2/19/25 Capitol Update Extended – FWC, FDLE, State Guard will Enforce Immigration

Governor Ron DeSantis signed memorandums of understanding for the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and the Florida State Guard to be used for immigration enforcement after officers finish training with federal agents.
