2/11/25 Capitol Update Extended – Water Managers Raise Concerns About Impact of Biosolids

Members of the St. Johns River Water Management District board are raising concerns about the biosolids being applied to farm fields in their region. Studies show it’s polluting waterways. Board members say it’s already effectively banned in South Florida and it’s time for the Legislature to address the problem in their part of the state.
