12/8/21 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: Agency for Health Care Administration v. Ybor Medical Injury & Accident Clinic, Inc. SC20-1814

The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) withdrew the license renewal application of Ybor Medical Injury & Accident Clinic for failure to timely complete the application. Ybor Medical appealed and asked the Second District Court of Appeal to stay the withdrawal of its application. The Second DCA granted the motion for stay and certified conflict with a First DCA decision. This appeal followed.
