12/17/24 Capitol Update Extended – Governor and Cabinet Approve Land Acquisition for a New State Park

The Governor and Cabinet approved state acquisition of land in the Panhandle to establish a new state park and a new state forest.  They also approved more than 62,000 acres in conservation easements under the Rural and Family Lands Protection Program.
