12/17/24 Capitol Update Extended – Florida’s 30 Presidential Electors Cast Their Ballots

Florida officially certified its presidential electoral votes for the 2024 election.  All 30 electors met in Tallahassee and formally cast their votes for Donald Trump and JD Vance.  The sealed certificates of votes will now go to the United States Senate for final certification on January 6th.
