12/10/24 Capitol Update Extended – Florida Supreme Court Hears Death Penalty Appeals

The Florida Supreme Court heard two death penalty cases, one involving a man who kidnapped and murdered an 81 year old woman in Leesburg in 2010. The other case involves a man who killed two young brothers in Putnam County in 2020.
