11/5/25 Capitol Update Extended – Public Service Commission Elects New Chair

Public Service Commissioners chose Gabriella Passidomo Smith to serve as the next chair. She’ll take the gavel from Mike La Rosa, a former State Representative, who’s remaining on the commission.
