11/4/25 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: Richard Eugene Bishop v. State of Florida SC2024-1477

Bishop pleaded guilty to the 2018 murders of Richard Mehrtens and Joseph Pepin. The trial court sentenced Bishop to death for both murders. This is the direct appeal of Bishop’s convictions and sentences.
