11/4/25 Capitol Update Extended – Lawmakers Question Daytona Beach Officials About Excess Funds

The City of Daytona Beach has held onto too much of the money it’s collected in building permit fees and now some lawmakers on the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee are questioning their plan to address the excess funds.
