11/18/25 Capitol Update Extended – House Subcommittee Votes to Expand Florida’s Wrongful Death Statutes

The House Civil Justice and Claims Subcommittee passed a bill that would expand Florida’s wrongful death statutes to include unborn children. The Senate companion bill passed through committee November 4.
