10/8/26 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: In Re: Amendments to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.820 SC2026-0040

The Florida Bar’s Civil Procedure Rules Committee proposes amendments to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure. One set of amendments would change how and when a non-binding arbitration decision must be filed with a court. Another set of amendments would change how a trial is requested after non-binding arbitration ends. Four comments were filed with the Court.
