10/8/24 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: Florida Rising, Inc., et al. v. Florida Public Service Commission, et al. SC2024-0485

Florida Rising appeals a final order of the Public Service Commission approving a settlement agreement in a 2021 base-rate case for Florida Power & Light Company. This Court previously found that the Commission had not provided a sufficient basis for approving the settlement. This case is the second appeal after the Commission issued a supplemental final order in March.
