10/6/21 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: Marlin L. Joseph v. State of Florida SC20-1741

Joseph was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder with a firearm for the murders of Kaladaa Crowell and her eleven-year-old daughter in 2017. The jury voted unanimously to recommend a death sentence for each murder, and the trial court sentenced Joseph to death. This is his direct appeal.
