10/5/21 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: Mark D. Sievers v. State of Florida SC20-225

Sievers was convicted of the first-degree murder of his wife, Teresa Sievers, who was beaten to death with a hammer in 2015 by two men hired by Sievers. The jury voted unanimously to recommend a death sentence for the murder, and the trial court sentenced Sievers to death. This is his direct appeal.
