10/4/23 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: In Re: Amendments to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.191 and Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140 SC 2022-1123

The Court, on its own motion, is considering amendments to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.191, regarding speedy trial, and Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140, regarding appeal proceedings in criminal cases. This proposal comes from recommendations submitted by a workgroup created by the Court. Comments to the proposal were solicited and 18 were submitted.
