10/29/24 Capitol Update Extended – Judge Continues to Block State from Taking Legal Action Over Abortion Ads

A federal judge extended an order blocking the state from threatening legal action against TV stations that are running a commercial in support of Amendment 4, which would enshrine abortion rights in the state Constitution.
